my name is Marko and I am from Croatia. Please help me get the conversion of Silent Hill 1 for PC, I want to play it on Playstation emulator. thank you for your answers! and for welcoming me here. I managed to fing a file on bittorrent that says "Silent hill PC (www.trackermania.com)" and it has 400.77 MB. Do you think this is a good version? It has many peers but no seeders. It says I am seeing 0,996 distributed copies (99,6%). How will I finish the download if there are no seeders? Does anyone here have that version?
Cant wait to download the game, I am getting it 5kB/s..so 22 hours more..
Ok no problem :wink: But I think that if you use a DAP or Falshget you could download SH1 faster than on torrent, anyway it's your choice :wink:

Today I am at about 70% of the game..so 30% more to go. I am worried about the last 1,5 MB that nobody has there..all the peers that are present have 99,6% of the game. Tell me if someone here has this version. This version has 400.77MB and it is by Silentscope studios.

I am so excited about the fact that I will be able to play the game soon! Why nobody likes The Room? Isn`t it also scary? Is it the graphics or something else?

Do you have exactly those files? In the evening I will know from which file I need the last 1,6MB. There has to be someone with these files, it is just hard to find, I dont know whom to ask. Someone is now saying in the comments that the only file that is not completed is autorun.exe but I doubt that because, it has 1.32MB and I know that little more than that is missing. I will post again later, when I see what is missing.
Oh, can`t wait to see the updates on your web-site. I think that already your web-site is great, you have so many things about Silent Hill! Well done! Looking forward to the music files:-))

Wow, you are fast! Thank you very much, you are so kind. I just started the game and played the beginning! I am so happy to be able to play the original Silent Hill at last!:-))) I like it already. But the graphics are way better in Restless dreams, that`s sure. Uh, I am so tired that I can`t play the game tonight for much longer! I need to sleep. I have a lot to study and now I just want to play SH!:-) I have to download the book and the patch too. But I will do that tomorrow. Thank you again, and see you tomorrow!!

I got one hint, play in SH when it's get dark, and turn up the volume. The effect'll be better.
Im trying to download LM from that torrent, but i have only 2.5% :sad: But Im sure that I'll download it today
About the graphics, SH1 was made for PS1 so don't require much. I asure that graphics is not so important.
Now I officially put SH1 to download. Soon I'll make other things

I agree with Sietra. DO NOT play Silent Hill during the day... It's better to do everything you've got to do earlier so you can play in the evening/night. If you'll play SH during a day you'll regret it
