Forum Silent Hill Town Center :: Setup the Gamepad on PC for SH1? *SOLVED*

Hello everyone, greetings from Sweden

Have some trouble setting up my gamepad to SH1.

Installed the game on my PC and everything works fine exept i can not get the gamepad to work.

I use the PS2 gamepad with a Rockfire USB-converter.
Since my PC (windowsXP) do not recognice my gamepad as a regular PC-gamepad i can't configure the buttons. Therefore i don't get it to work in the game itself.

Do anyone here have a solution to this problem. I would be really happy if it could be solved.

EDIT; As you can see in the header i solved it. As a future reference i decided to tell you all what and how i did it.

In the folder where you install the game you get an icon called "ePSXe" that looks like a gamepad. Double-click it and choose "config-Game Pad-Pad 1".
Then you'll get a small window with a gamepad and a lot of squares that shows the current bindings.
Click on the current bindings wich you want to config and the press the button on your gamepad that relate to the picture.
When you're done, just hit "OK" and the gamepad works just fine

Now i'm off to Silent Hill.. cu m8s

That is something I could use for my PC. I would also assume a joystick would work as well.

But gamepad is much better than joystick.
